‘Transformations’ Team publishes AJIL Unbound Symposium

Our team has recently edited and published a symposium in the American Journal of International Law’s Unbound section. The symposium, titled “Unsettling the ‘Right to Exclude‘”, analyzes the relationship between exclusionary migration regimes and national sovereignty from historical, legal, and theoretical perspectives.

It features an introductory essay by Ayelet Shachar and a contribution from Lukas Schmid, alongside further pieces by renowed scholars Vincent Chetail, Radhika Mongia, Moria Paz, Jürgen Bast and Janna Wessels.
